Compound Overview
The GLOW70 CP-3 is a three-component research composite combining GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and Thymosin Beta-4 Fragment (TB-500) into a single preparation. Each constituent has been independently studied in the published literature:
GHK-Cu (Glycyl-L-Histidyl-L-Lysine Copper(II)): A naturally occurring tripeptide-copper chelate first isolated from human plasma (Pickart & Thaler, 1973). Investigated in research for its role in extracellular matrix modulation and copper-dependent enzyme cofactor delivery.
BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157): A synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a sequence within human gastric juice protein. Studied in preclinical research models for its interaction with nitric oxide (NO) systems, growth factor signalling pathways, and tissue remodelling processes (Sikiric et al., 2018).
TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 Fragment 17-23): A synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4, a 43-amino-acid peptide involved in actin sequestration and cytoskeletal regulation. TB-500 contains the actin-binding domain and has been studied in preclinical models for its role in cell migration and extracellular matrix interactions.
